John West was a complete joy to work with throughout the projects to completely redo both our Master bathroom and our Hall bathroom which included both bathrooms being stripped to the wall studs and floor joists. The Hall bathroom is something we can be proud for guests to see and use during visits to our home. The Master bathroom is an experience of luxury. Both bathrooms are now best in class compared to all others we’ve seen. Jordan and Ronnie provided the craftsmanship that was incredible to see throughout the project. And that tile work Ronnie completed in the Hall bathroom shower is incredible!

My family has been enjoying our bathroom remodel for well over a year and still feels unreal that it is ours. John made designing the bathroom rather easy given the near endless possibilities to choose from. We can not say enough good things about the gentlemen that did the work. WOW!!!! Gorgeous!!! Amazing!!!! My kitchen and baths look like something you see in a magazine. I can’t stop admiring them sooo happy I chose Great Kitchens and Baths. The professionalism and skills they demonstrated go above and beyond. From John designing my kitchen adding the details that were important to me, the color matching, the layout. I have so much cabinet space. He also redesigned my bathrooms so that I now have a huge tub to soak in and a beautiful larger walk in shower in the master bath that my granddaughter says looks like something you see in Hollywood. To Jordon and Gary who done such a spectacular job of bring John’s vision to life with their amazing carpentry skills. To Ron who done all the tile work and backsplash that is flawless and so detailed. Ron also laid new floor through out my entire home with Jordon and Gary trimming it out, unbelievable beautiful!!! I don’t want to forget to mention Marissa who works in the office and is so very helpful with any questions concerns and helped with color choices and recommendations. I can’t sing enough praise about these very talented and skillful group of people!!!! Gary and John did an outstanding job of coordinating everything with the Electrician, Tile installer and Flooring contractor. WE absolutely love our new kitchen!
Had an island installed. Straight forward process with some help in making some design choices. Installation took two seperate days (one for the cabinets a second day for the countertop) and an additional seperate day for electrical installation. Great solid product.

John West took care of my project the entire way. He was always available by phone and very responsive. They did a partial remodel in my Master Bath by taking out the small shower and tub and using the tub space to build a beautiful shower. Then they made the old shower space into a large linen closet. They also replaced the counter tops in my kitchen with beautiful granite and also put in a large sink. I can't say enough about both John and Jordan. The tile person they use is exceptional. He is meticulous. I love what they have done and would recommend them highly.
Our kitchen remodel from start to finish was a wonderful experience. John guided us through the design process until both of us were happy with the plan. GK&B recently completed the renovation of our master and hall bathrooms and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. John was great to work with. He led us through through the design portion of the project, but made his suggestions and recommendations only after listening to what we wanted to have done to the two spaces. And even a last minute change we made after work had started was accommodated without any issues. The master bath was completely stripped down to the wall studs, while the hall bath only had the old tub and toilet removed. Jordan (carpentry, walls, shower, fixtures, etc.) and Ronnie (floor and wall tile) were excellent craftsmen and enjoyable to have in the house during the couple weeks they were working. If we even need additional remodeling done, GK&B will be our first call.
