Gary West grew up in the business that his parents started and is now our President. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Ball State University, his CKD/CBD certifications (Certified Kitchen Designer and Certified Bath Designer) in 1995, and CMKBD (Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer) designation in 2009. He also has been very active in the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA). He has sat on numerous committees and held numerous leadership positions within the association over the years, including the Indiana state chapter President in 1981 and 1992 and the National President of the NKBA in 2001. Gary enjoys water skiing and running (countless marathons and races of all shorter distances finished, and no end in sight!).

John West also grew up in the business that his grandparents started and worked summers and breaks growing up. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Wabash College in 2003 and his M.B.A. from Ball State University in 2006. He earned his AKBD (Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer) certification from the NKBA in 2010 and has worked full-time in the business since 2003. John enjoys running (two marathons down and hopefully many more to go), playing golf and attending the football games of his alma-maters.

Phil Schink has been involved in home remodeling and all phases of residential construction for over 35 years. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State College and has been with our company since 2000. Phil is our lead installer. Phil enjoys reading, golfing and watching football and NASCAR in his time off.

Denise Spaw has been with our company since 1994, giving her 17 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry. Denise is responsible for all countertop fabrication and warehouse operations. You will also see her on the job site assisting with our installations. Denise enjoys fishing and riding with her husband on their Harley Davidson motorcycles.
