One of our designers will visit your home to conduct an in-depth structural evaluation of the space and take detailed measurements. By paying such close attention to the realities of your space early on, we’ll be able to create a detailed initial design that we’re confident is 100% workable.

How do you and your family use your space, and how might you want to use it in the future? We‘ll consider the small-but-crucial details, like how many people get ready in your bathroom each morning, or how we could arrange your cabinets so you don’t have to get on your hands and knees to pull out the blender on margarita night!

By putting YOU at the center of the design, we make sure you’ll get a design that’s stylish, practical, and fits you and your home like a glove. We frequently surprise our clients with options they’d never even thought of, but which turn out to be totally right for them!

Two NKBA-certified designers (because two brains are better than one!) translate your vision, ideas, and all the preparatory info we’ve gathered into a detailed initial design and budget, and we walk you through your options for products and finishes in our showroom. This is a great opportunity for you to get recommendations from true industry experts, and to touch, see and experience all products and finishes in one place before buying!

We also do a second analysis of your home with our Production Manager, to double and triple check for potential hidden problems or obstacles that would need to be addressed in the design.

We use 3D computer-generated color renderings to help you picture and experience your new space in as much detail as possible, so we can make any changes or explore design/finish alternatives before the construction process begins. 

When we’re done, you’ll be 100% happy with both the look and functionality of your new room, and you won’t have to worry about things not looking how you expected once the remodeling gets underway.

We present you with floor plans, elevations, and perspective drawings that adhere to NKBA drawing standards and guidelines, and give you a price that includes EVERYTHING needed to complete your project.

You’ll get detailed specifications that outline the scope of the project and products chosen. Plus you’ll know the total cost of the full package in advance, so that you’re confident there will be NO hidden costs or omissions.

Next, we project-manage all of the planning and work that takes place behind the scenes to set your project up for success, including job scheduling and material procurement - no detail is too small for us to handle!

During this stage, everything is carefully planned to ensure the smoothest possible, most disruption-free remodeling experience for you.

Once we begin work on your project, we stay on it until completion, so that you have minimal to no downtime. Our workers keep the job site orderly and safe, and we insist that they clean it daily and use barriers to protect your home and belongings. 

This will give you total peace of mind and confidence in our team - so much so that many of our clients go on vacation during part of the project!
